溶けを限りなく減らす　ＴＡＦ回路　の開発

超音波カッターは、振動をしながら切断をする工具です。必ず、切断時には、切る物体と刃が振動することにより摩擦熱が生まれます。従来の機械は、固定のパワーで切断をしようとするので、溶けが大きくなる場合があります。
今回、新しくＴＡＦ回路は切断時、パワーがいらないワークは最小のパワーで振動。切りにくい材料や、力を入れた時にはパワーが入り、切れるように、自動で追従し駆動します。

Ultrasonic cutter is a tool, vibrates blade high-speedily and cuts materials. When cutting, frictional heat is always generated by the blade vibration and the object being cut. Conventional models tend to lead melting large due to cutting with fixed power from start.
The TAF circuit vibrates with minimal power when cutting workpieces that do not require power. When cutting hard materials or when force is applied on handpiece, the power will be applied, and the cutter automatically follows and drives to cut.

ボタンを押し続けなくて良い

安全性を考慮し、ボタンを押している時だけ動く設計を今まで行ってきました。
今回、ZO-40の上位機として登場した事もあり、ボタンを押していると作業がやりにくいというユーザーの声を反映して、作業性を優先しました。
一度押したら、通常使うノーマルモードは、10分動作します。もう一度押せば、そこで停止します。

For safety reasons, we have designed it to only operate while the button is pressed.
By just pressing button once (no need to hold), it will operate for 10 minutes in "Normal mode". It will stop by pressing the button again.
(While the ultrasonic is "ON", the handpiece LED is lightening.)

振動子保護の温度センサーを搭載

ハイパワーモードを搭載した事により、最大時にホビー用超音波カッターでは最大パワーが振動子に入ります。
様々な切断物との摩擦熱と自ら振動する熱が、振動子を熱破損する事を想定し、ハンドピース内温度が、上昇すると停止するように保護センサーを搭載しました。

"High power mode" applies Max. power (as hobby tool) to the transducer.
Assuming that cutting materials and frictional heat could thermally damage the transducer, a protection sensor is installed to stop operation if the temperature inside the handpiece rises.

パワー可変

２つのモードを搭載。通常使用するノーマルモードと、ここぞという時に使うハイパワーモードを搭載。
ハイパワーモードは、切断物にもよりますが、5分程度でオーバーヒートします。

It equipped two modes. "Normal mode" for regular use and "High power mode" for the cases when you need the power to cut.
High power mode will overheat in about 5 minutes, depending on the cutting material.
